Public transport gone wrong

I've never had to take any public transportation. Be it cab, uber, bus, or train. Only bus I took was the school bus. We live rural so not much comes out here. Plus even if it did, I don't care to take public transportation. Prefer to either drive or have my husband drive.
I'd love to hear what others have had to deal with!
 
There was this disabled man, and he was angry with the bus driver for missing a stop. Of course, I feel for the disabled, but he was being a real jerk and felt sorry for the woman, especially after she had to unlatch his wheelchair after being verbally abused.
