Taxes for the Self Employed (Part-Time or Full-Time)

How do you handle them? Do you use a professional service? Myself, I'd opt for a pro service because I don't know much about taxes. In fact, I'd rather not deal with them. Anyway, at least, I will know I can get the maximum tax return once a year.
 
I think in some states it helps to use a professional or at least some software that can help guide you along. My husband has a friend who is an accountant and each year the tax laws change so having someone in the know is helpful.
 
In the UK, if you are earning money as a self employed basis, over £1000, it needs to declared as a tax assessment in April. You can claim back tax on purchases that are related to your business. Handling
taxes by yourself can be tricky so it’s recommended to hire someone
