Workers in Craft at Amusement Parks

I saw a lot of craftspeople at Dollywood, an amusement park sort of near my home in Rogersville, Tennessee. I was thinking that working at an amusement park would be a cool and profitable way to make money. Who has considered it? How good might you have to be to get hired? Is it a full-time or part-time gig? What other amusement parks you know hire people who do crafts?

I don't think many Amusement parks pay well unless it's Disney or Universal Studios. Disney is VERY strict on who they hire and there are tons of rules while you're working there.
